Priority Despatch

Priority Despatch means we despatch your goods as soon as we can after we receive your order.

UK customers should take delivery of items we have in stock  within 2 working days.

With Priority Despatch we insure we despatch your order as quickly as possible via either a next-day courier service or Royal Mail 1st Class. This should result in you taking delivery the next working day (after despatch) however we can make no guarantees on the speed of the postal/courier service used which is why we recommend allowing 2 working days.

International orders may take longer depending on destination but we will make sure your goods leave us as quickly as possible.

But when will my order be despatched?

If you order on a working day before 2pm GMT Monday – Thursday we aim to despatch your order the same day.

If you order on a Friday or Saturday we may despatch your order the same day but it may not arrive until the following week as not all postal services deliver at the weekends.

Priority Despatch orders placed on a Sunday will be processed first thing Monday morning ahead of our weekend rush!

Bike Priority Despatch

Due to unprecedented demand for Bike Priority Despatch shipping we have had to temporarily pause the service while we work through the backlog of bike orders.  Even with our large army of mechanics we can only build so many bikes!  This enables us to concentrate on making sure any existing bike orders will be shipped as per customers' original expectations.  We wanted to provide a service that would allow people to get their bike quicker than usual without putting extra delays on to customers that did not pay for the service.

Any new orders will be shipped following our standard bike despatch times.  Please check back on the site soon as we will be re-launching bike priority despatch in the near future.

Priority Bike Despatch

Priority Bike Despatch means we will despatch your bike as soon as we can after we receive your order.

UK customers should take delivery of your bike purchase within 2 working days.

With Priority Despatch selected we will insure that your bike order is made a priority so that it will be processed, built and despatched the very same day. This should result in you taking delivery the next working day (after despatch) however we can make no guarantees on the speed of the postal/courier service used which is why we recommend allowing 2 working days.

International orders may take longer depending on destination but we will make sure your goods leave us as quickly as possible.

We recommend that international customers should state in their order notes how they require their brakes to be set up. It it standard procedure to ship bikes in the UK with the front brake on the right and rear on the left. Should an international customer select priority despatch, If there are no notes on the order to advise what brake preference the customer requires, this will cause delays as we will need to phone or confirm the setup before we dispatch your bike.

How much does priority despatch cost?

• UK Priority Despatch costs only £3.99 per order regardless of weight, number of items or cost
• The price of international Priority Despatch depends on the weight of your order and shipping destination. You will be able to see the delivery costs in your wiggle shopping basket.

Will I receive my order any sooner if I choose priority despatch?

• yes - we process orders where priority despatch has been paid for first
• if you pay for priority despatch, we will despatch the items we have in stock straight away with the remainder going onto back order. These items are despatched when they have all come into stock or after a week, whichever is sooner
• If you select the free delivery option, you may wait up to a week for your goods. We will despatch all your items together when they are all in stock. If we are still waiting for items after a week, we will despatch the ones we do have

I'm in a real hurry - how do I know if wiggle has stock of an item?

• if our site says "normally despatched in 24 hours" then we have stock of that item and it will probably be allocated to you
• occasionally, our stock may already have been allocated to another customer. If this happens, it's first come, first served
• if our site says "normally despatched in 2-7 days" then we don't have stock of that item at the moment - although more may arrive at any time
