Top Features of the 3T ARX Team Alloy Oversized Road Stem
- Weight: 120g (110mm)
- Steerer: 1-1/8"
- Stack: 40mm
- Material: Al 7075 T6
- Angle: +/-6°
- Bolts: 4 x titanium
- Certification: CEN
|Bar Clamp Size:||31.8mm|
In particular, we have optimized the design of the clamps. Steerers and handlebars are now usually made of composite materials, and can easily be compromised by poor clamp design. To assure the integrity of the ARX clamp interface, we perform our own tests that go way beyond the demands of CEN standards. We even tested this new stem's compatibility with other brands of handlebars and it passed with flying colours.
The ARX TEAM is made of Al 7075 T6, with the grain structure aligned for optimal strength. A titanium bolt package brings the weight down to 120g. In addition to the usual reversible 6-degree fitment, ARX TEAM is available in a 17-degree variant for a really aggressive, low riding position.
Please note the graphics may change slightly due to the length of stem

Product Q & A
Ask your questions and share your answers.
I have one on my bike, what a difference in comfort especially over long distances. The steeper the stem the more upright the riding posotion in consideration with the stem length.
A 17 degree stem turned the correct way will bring your bars higher up and closer to you. A 6 degree stem would be the standard size fitting.
You measure from centre to centre of the stem.
The - 17 would be 21mm lower than the - 6 stem.
A - 10 stem would be 7mm lower than a - 6 stem.
This is based on stems at 110mm with same stack height.
Take your pick, either 21mm lower or 7mm higher.
