So, yes it does come with a bracket.

So, yes it comes with a bracket, but Wiggle don't list it as a separate item.

I don't know if the clamp is available as a spare, but I would hope my LBS will be able to get one as, like you, I want to swap the lock between bikes.
The lock itself is rated as a "Bronze" bicycle lock by Sold Secure, the independent security testing body. This is the lowest rating your bike insurance company is likely to accept as being a "suitable" lock.
It is quite light in weight for this quality, being about 1 3/4 lbs.
