They are all wearing a skin suit version which is an all-in-one made from a much more technical material which is very body hugging. It's not on sale to the public. The fact that its stretchy might account for the blurring you saw.
What I'm trying to say is that this jersey is basically more of a replica, because it's not what Lizzie or the other riders were wearing.
