Inaccurate size guide I ordered a pair of trhese in size Large to fit ove a size 44 shoe, but they were far too small. Have now re-ordered in XL and will come back to give a fuller review once I've tried them out. First impressions visually though suggest good quality and they seem pretty durable, pity about the sizing guide innaccuracy though. 17 January 2013

This product does what it is meant to do With winter coming along and the the roads being wet and cold these over shoes keep my feet dry and warm. They fit very well over my cycling shoes and once on are easily fastened by the zip at the rear. The material is easily cleaned with a damp cloth so mud and water are removed and the over shoes keep their look. Highly recommended at the price. 23 October 2012

Not a good product The toe wears away very quickly and i am on my replacement pair -these are wearing away also and i have had to sew the hole together. There is also a split on the left front where the material has given. These cover my Shimano SPD-SL shoes very well and look great -until they wear away in weeks and split. Not good. 22 July 2012

Cleat Cut Out?

Can anyone confirm that these have a cut out for a cleat? And are they big enough to fit over a MTB shoe?

They have a cut out for the cleat on the shoe sole. The large ones fit snuggly over my cycling shoes.

Hi, they are cut out for cleats and again at the heal. I use them for my road (look) pedal which has a very large cleat. The sizes are super small so order big. No sure if durable for MTB use.

These do have cleat cut outs. I have Sidi MTB shoes and the cleat is fine but the raised studs of the shoes don't quite fit round the hole meaning a little bit does get walked on. Its fine on the bike though.

Yes they have a cut out for a cleat. But they come up very small. Large should be OK for 43 to 46 according to the chart but is WAY to small for a size 45 shoe. I have returned mine and will be looking elsewhere for an alternative
