The FAST LAP MD is a lightweight middle distance spike that's perfect for the 800m as well as other distances from 400m to 1500m. The shoe's lightweight Full Length Pebax Spike Plate ensures optimal traction on the track and is also more durable.
The Solyte midsole material helps keep the weight of the shoe down while offering great cushioning and bounce back. The FAST LAP MD includes Removable Spikes for easy configuration and replacement.
