Assos LL.607 S5 Bib Tights

All of the new Assos S5 tights are based on the T.607 with a more anatomical cut than the previous RX.LL design. In essence, the LL.607 is the long legged version of the T.607 and offers the same stunning performance.

LL.607 is part of the new Campionissimo line; new pattern designs, newly developed textiles, improved ingredients and a refined assembly line process.

Construction
The LL.607 is built out of 12 panels, using 5 different textiles and 29 components, carefully engineered, defined and applied. The main textile is an improved version of the legendary RX microfibre insulator fabric with a brushed inner surface. The Brand new RXQ Fabric is more robust than RX and features a 3D air channel inner structure.

Not only are the fabrics refined, Assos created a new 4 panel cut, perfectly calibrated to the fabrics used. In addition, an extra layer of base fabric is included on the thigh side panel to provide extra warmth as a short will not be worn underneath.

RXQ
The newly developed RXQ fabric is based on the legendary Assos RX textile. RXQ is a microfibre insulator fabric with two-way stretch, a soft touch and great breathability. It is unique because the brushed fleece inner surface is made of a hollow micro-Polyester blend with an air channel texture. This creates an insulating micro air cushion next to the skin. The overall volume of the fabric has been reduced and the moisture transportation properties have been improved, this means more body heat is retained and more comfort is achieved.

Stratagon Light
Stratagon Light is able to respond intelligently to changes in climatic conditions and body temperature, Stratagonlight is an ultrathin 3 layer laminated fabric construction. It features the latest in membrane technology: "flexible barrier function". When the temperature is low, the membrane reduces permeability, meaning the membrane "closes", which helps retain body heat.

As your temperature increases, the membrane opens to enhance the evaporation process, ensuring stabilization of your body temperature. The result is effective body temperature management. The advantage of the new Assos Stratagon generation of laminated fabrics is that they get the job done FASTER and feature lower volume to weight ratio than any other membrane textiles currently used in cycling apparel.
