The Assos range has been regarded as the standard for excellence when it comes to high-performance bib shorts. The brand new S5 chamois features a contoured cut, doubled with elasticity, that enables the chamois to follow your pedal strokes.
The F1.13 S5 bib short is very lightweight and extremely comfortable. It has a breathable memory foam which ensures perfect fit every time and it also features a more elastic leg gripper for optimal circulation to your lower leg muscles. A carbon mesh panel has been inserted between the back braces, improving fit and ventilation.
The more breathable fabric also applies greater compression to important muscle zones. All this in an extremely advanced, 6-panel race cut.
About Lycra Cycling Shorts
Cycle shorts offer unrestricted movement on the bike with the added benefit of a chamois for comfort. They are the traditional cycling leg wear for any distance rider. About the Assos brand
Assos are one of the world's pioneers and specialists in producing high quality cycling clothes and accessories. In the 1970's, Toni Maier-Moussa, founder and chairman of Assos accidently invented lycra cycling clothing, whilst trying to create the ultimate bicycle. Assos Shorts and Tights
ASSOS apparel is cut for a close anatomic fit that doesn't restrict your movement in the riding position. The bib straps might pull when standing upright but will 'click' into place in the tucked cycling position.
TIR Fit
Assos TIR shorts share the same height measurements as XLG size shorts but feature a wider, more accommodating cut for those with larger builds.

A stratospheric price tag for a pair of shorts, but the function makes it worth the investment. The shorts to buy if you spend more time riding than anything else and have tons of cash burning a hole in your pocket.
Highs: The turquoise pad is covered in small dimples, but no other obvious features to explain why you've spent a fortune.
Start riding, though, and the pad seems to disappear under the pressure of being sat on, yet ensures a consistently comfortable and cool ride.
The upper back portion is made from a breathable fine net, while the straps are Lycra.
In conclusion...
Crazy money, but you get supreme comfort from the Swiss short

The sizing information in the wiggle site description is good also. I used it and it worked for me.
Chest: 90cm
waist: 76cm
Hip: 90cm

I recommend L size for you because you are 5cm taller than me. If you choose M size will feel very uncomfortable when you stand up right.
Why not buy two pairs, then send one back?
I think a Large would suit you, mine is if anything on the tighter side of the fit.
I wear a medium in Skins C400.
