The Fusion suit is designed to offer the best blend of flexibility, durability and comfort offering a high degree of perceived value for any price conscious customer.
Top Features of the blueseventy Fusion Wetsuit 2014
- Lowered Collar: Blueseventy's curved closure flap reduces collar height improving comfort and reducing chaffing
- Quick exit legs: 2mm A-Flex material located in a quick exit panel at the back of the leg improves transition times
- A-Grip Panels: A textured forearm print onto our high stretch jersey allows the swimmer extra feel for the water and additional grip in the propulsion phase of the stroke
The fusion suit uses the Axis pattern from 2010-11 as the basis for this suit. The predominate placement of buoyancy is in the lower body, helping less technical swimmers position themselves better for efficiency.
Fitting your wetsuit is of great importance and should be done with care and attention. Please refer to our Guide – How to put on a wetsuit – for further information or watch the brands video guide, if available, on the video tab above.
Modern triathlon wetsuits were invented by Dan Empfield in 1987 and are customized to the needs of triathletes, they generally incorporate the following key features which differentiates them from a normal wetsuit. 1, Thinner and/or more pliable rubber near the shoulders. 2, Long zippers to facilitate quick removal during transition. In addition, tri wetsuits have a very smooth, but often fragile, surface. This slick surface helps to reduce water friction and allows a faster swim. Another advantage of a tri wetsuit is the added buoyancy that the wetsuit provides, this can provide triathletes with a considerable speed and energy saving advantage over swimming without a suit.

Product Q & A
Ask your questions and share your answers.
I am around 180 tall
I have a slightly large chest about 102-104 cm
Which should i go for ?
Do they stretch a little as time goes by?
Up to close, down to open.
Fusion or Hurricane C3?
I'm looking to buy a Blueseventy wetsuit. I seem too be "in-between" sizes. My stats:-
- height - 185cm
- weight - 87kg
- chest - 106cm
According to the sizing chart, I could be a ML or L. Short of buying both suits then returning one, could someone advise on sizing. Just to note, I have broad shoulders and I was 90kg up to about a month ago.
Height: 181 cm
Chest: 128 cm
Waist (stomach): 119 cm
What size would you recommend in the fusion Wetsuit.
Thank you very much
