Things that make you go ohhhhhh... Bought a set of these to replace some entry level Mavics and I am completely stoked. These wheels are stiff and roll beautifully. I set 3 CRs on Strava on my very first ride. Everytime I pushed, the wheels just said "how fast do you want to go". Great value for money, brilliant build quality and are an ideal wheel for anyone who takes their cycling seriously. Ohh, and I forgot to mention. recived these wheels the day before the rebel tour sportif in west Cork ,was very impressed!! with these wheels,they spin very smoothly and stopping power even in wet conditions brilliant. Top class wheels at a great price,also look great on my record equiped Kuota Karma. 25 September 2012

AWESOMELY COOL These wheels are very very light and aerodynamic. They are also cheep and can last a long long time. I reccomend these wheels to any one who wants light, cheap and aero wheels. 23 September 2012

Nice upgrade for old/cheap wheels Replaced my 15y/o Mavic/105 wheels with these, slotted straight in and even took my 8 speed cassette no problems. Tyres were a little hard to get on (Vittoria Rubino 3s) but once on, good as gold. I haven't ridden them in anger yet, but they zing along very nicely on my commute - very quiet. I didn't notice any effects from cross winds in going from my non-aero Mavics to these semi-aero rims despite it being fairly blustery. Delivery within less than a week all the way to NZ is to be commended, as is the packaging and presentation. My only gripe (Campag, not Wiggle), is that the valve stem hole on the rear wheel is not located midway between the spoke sets, while it is on the front wheel. I'm sure it makes no actual difference, just looks a little ..er.. less than it could have style-wise, and this from the Italians. 17 September 2012

I can confirm that you will be able to fit a 700x23c tyre will fit this wheel and with the correct spacers you will be able to fit a eight speed cassette. I hope this helps.

freehub noise

is the shimano freehub quieter than the campag one.as the shimano wheels i have are very quiet but the campag ones i have on another bike are much louder.

I can confirm that the Shimano freehubs are usual quite quiet however you may find that this wheel is slightly noisier due to the resonance through the deeper section rim.

I had to install two 1mm spacers to fit my 11/28 105 cassette correctly on the 11 speed shimano hub. Lucky i had a spare as you only get one in the cassette pack.
