If you’re lucky enough to live in a place where winter isn’t all that cold, this the jacket for you. The Mortirolo is a jacket made in two parts. The front is constructed from Windstopper® X-Fast 2 fabric to provide total wind protection and water resistance. However, cyclists living in temperate climates don’t require full windproof coverage so the back of the Mortirolo is made from Warmer fabric to keep you warm while wicking moisture away to keep you dry. This combination of windproof and permeable materials protects your body from the wind, yet helps you avoid overheating. Breathability is further enhanced by the addition of two vertical zippers on the front of the jacket. The YKK® camlock zipper stays flat while the zipper pull is down, and rear reflective tabs improve visibility on gray winter training rides.
WINDSTOPPER® X-Fast
A light weight and stretchy membrane fabric for weatherproof protection and insulation. X-Fast features a Gore WINDSTOPPER® membrane for total wind protection with outstanding breathability. The fabric has a brushed fleece inner surface for excellent insulation and moisture transfer. The outer surface is treated with a DWR water-repellent finish to shed rain and spray before it is absorbed.
Warmer Fabric
Warmer is more than a name, it’s exactly what the fabric delivers during workouts. Its fleecy inside keeps you warm, while 100% polyester fibres quickly wick sweat away. It’s the fabric of choice when thermal insulation is equally important as moisture management.

Castelli Fit
Castelli apparel is cut to fit closely against the skin for excellent aerodynamics and moisture wicking performance. On the bike, your Castelli jersey should fit close to the skin, Off the bike, it jersey might feel tight across the chest and a little short in front. Shorts should fit tightly enough to support critical leg muscles through compression without inhibiting movement and constricting blood flow.
