In typical Cateye fashion this is a well-made unit that is easy to set up right out of the box, with clear and simple instructions and a very logical user interface. The display is large and easy to read, and the buttons are very user friendly. Little has been done to make it look stylish, and the design is very much about function. There are the usual current, average and maximum heart rate functions, as well as visual and audible target zone training.
In conclusion...
Solid, easy to use and read. Unless you have high power LED lights, this is a great buy.
