The Compressport ForQuad thigh guard is the only compression product sized to your upper leg muscles, not your waist, enabling optimal compression levels to your quadriceps and hamstrings while also supporting the ITB.
Wear the ForQuad under your tri suit, cycle or running shorts. Unlike conventional compression shorts the ForQuad doesn't cover the groin, so it doesn't need to be machine washed after each use – it can be hand washed in the shower then worn again straight away for recovery!

Compression base layers enhance performance in training, competing and recovery, and are designed to reduce the quick build up of lactic acid in the muscles, whilst keeping you comfortable and dry during exercise by wicking moisture away from your skin. Body moulded compression garments also improve recovery after periods of sustained exercise and help to regulate your body temperature. Compression garments enhance performance, delay fatigue, lower the risk of injury and speed up recovery times. Compression garments are suitable for use by amateurs and professionals in training, competing and recovery.
PERHAPS a little strangelooking at first, these are part of their Veino-Muscular Compression Technology and come in a specific fit for the user with the top and base of the quads being measured to fi nd the perfect size. They come in either black or white and in four sizes. The composition of 63 per cent polyamide, 28 per cent lycra and 9 per cent polyester has the benefits of a massage while on the run along with shock-absorbing properties. They are ultra-light and the claims, as with all compressionwear, are that they help with recuperation and fatigue.
They also come with a two-year guarantee. Our tester was wary about their claims prior to trying them out but found they cut down any muscle vibration, all but eliminated any pre-run soreness and said that they benefited him on a recovery run after a hard session the previous day. He also thought they would be useful as a "thigh warmer", especially in the freezing cold winter days.
