Best eggbeaters I've ever bought A great set of pedals. I've bought them before from Wiggle for my Trek 520 tourer and returned for a second set for my Trek Mountain Bike. They're light well made and a quality item, functioning beautifully. 03 March 2011

Let down over time Out the box the eggbeater threes seemed great. The four sided entry meant at the traffic lights or on the trails they were easy to clip in and out of. There is loads of float so nice and gentle on the knees and they look pretty cool in a minimalist sort of way. 6 months down the lineIam much less impressed. The tension spring, which is not adjustable, has become very slack. I can't keep my feet in the peddles and resulted in an embarrassing ( low speed and with an audience) crash resulting in cuts and bruises. I think a rebuild may improve things but buying ate build kit every 15 months is a bit over the top when commuting to work. I've just gone back to Shimano spd's ( my last set lasted a few years before the ware set in) 20 March 2012

cranky the crank bros pedals look great i use them on my training bike as they dont offer alot of surface area for the long cross country rides, am trying a set of candys now. 08 October 2011

New New Pedals Good styling and good quality but there is a flaw. On their first outing (25 miles) the blue anodising on the springs started to show real signs of wear. By the time I had reached home the colour had flaked and the pedals looked new no more. Come on Crank bros £94 for a pair of pedals and they show signs of wear at 20 miles. I won't be buying any more 06 September 2011
