Each disc in the ten disc series concentrates on a specific skill that will lead to significant, measurable improvements in your fitness whether you're cycling at elite level, or have just taken up the sport.

About Training DVDs

Cycling training DVD's are a great motivational tool which help you get the most out your turbo sessions. These structured cycle DVD's ensure you train at the right level and for the right amount of time to maximise the time you have, meaning more quality and more results when the season starts. The CTS range of DVD's cover many specific types of riding including sprinting, climbing and time trialling as well as power work and cadence. The Rick Kiddle range of DVD's are ideal for Triathletes, while Elite list a range of courses for use with their indoor trainers which allow you to ride stages of such races as the Giro D'Italia.

Most DVDs sold on Wiggle are Region Free and will play in any country. Please check the product description for any known exceptions.

Carmichael Training Systems (CTS) are makers of the Trainright DVD series. CTS Trainright DVD series is designed specifically as a tool for athletes of all levels and abilities. Whether you're cycling at elite level, or have just taken up the sport, the DVD’s in the series will reveal secrets and techniques to maximize your athletic potential. Carmichael Training Systems were used by Lance Armstrong during his seven year reign as Tour De France champion and are now in use during his preperation for his comeback.
