Answer:
I have just put a 100mm one on the Boardman Comp to replace the 120mm it came with, it fits well and makes the bike the right length for me.
My only comment is that as there is no cut away on the front of this stem, it makes centring the bars a little more difficult than it is with the standard Boardman stem.

Yes it will. I have a Team road bike as well and I've just had a proper bike fitting done by a specialist as I was getting low back ache on longer rides and felt overstretched.
My 120mm stem on a L Boardman Team was changed for an 90mm Zero1 Deda Road Stem - so I can confirm that it fits..

Answer:
Providing the bike has 31.7 mm diameter bars it should fit. Take an adjustable spanner, tighten jaws so they scrape the bars then measure the jaws with a good ruler or similar to check the dia.
When fitting, make sure you tighten the head bolt (but not too much) before you tighten the stem clamps, then test for steering play.

Answer:
Should be fine if you have 31.7mm dia bars. To check, take an adjustable spanner and adjust so they scrape the bars, then measure the gap with a good ruler or similar.
When fitting, tighten head bolt - not too much - before you tighten the stem clamp bolts. After fitting check for steering play.

Answer:
You would need to check the fork steerer diameter and bar diameter of your Cannondale. This stem is for use with a 1 1/8" steerer (28.6mm) and a 31.8mm bar clamp size. I suspect the Synapse will suit as it seems to use standard size components but you may wish to double check that with a Cannondale dealer.

Answer:
No, you need 31.8mm clamp size (over size bars), the bars you have chosen are 26mm. The Deda RHMO1 bars would be compatible or the FSA Compact which are a nice alternative.
