This jacket boasts features that you don't find on ones costing more than twice as much. It has lined, has taped seams, lined collar, Velcro cuffs, drawstring drop tail, reflective piping in all the right places, a large rear pocket, and it also has large pit zips and shoulder ventilation.
In conclusion...
If you're after a waterproof high visibility jacket loaded with features for a fantastic price then you've just found your holy grail

Our cheapest jacket on test proves that thoughtful design doesn't have to cost extra. Full lining spreads sweat over the widest evaporation area, and you can open the huge zips for cooling. Velcro cuffs and a fleece-lined collar improve heavy weather sealing and the slightly extended single-handed cordlocked hem gives bum protection without looking 'penguin' off the bike. A casual fit improves versatility and pre-bent arms stop cuffs riding up...design and performance is impressive for the cash. There's a high visibility version too.
In conclusion...
Decent design means OK performance for a fiver less than most
