Answer:
To remove:
Start by sliding the middle of the lense lense downwards until it is free from the attachment over the nose.
Then go to either side of the lense and pull it out from the frame - direction of pull should be towards the nose piece of the frame. You will need to put a little bit of bend in the lense, but don't worry cos it can take it, and will return to its original curve when pressure is releases. The lense should slot out from both sides of the frame so that it is completely removed.
To replace:
Pretty much the reverse of above.
Start by putting one of the side attachments into the frame, then the other side (again a little bending will be needed). Finish by pusing the lense up into the nose bridge attachment.

Answer:
I think you may find the lens exchange process easier if you imagine the glasses are like a mouth. With the frame and the lenses being the upper and lower jaws. Pull the lenses away from the frame at the front of the bridge, allowing them to naturally hinge open like you would when opening your mouth.
The lenses simply fall out and can be easily exchnaged without applying and stress to them or bending them by reversing this process.
Hope that helps.

Answer:
I dont bend the frame as in the previous answer to your question. I pull on the centre of the lens piece to release it from the frame. To put the lens back, I just insert the two lugs on the ends of the lens piece into the corresponding holes in the frame and push gently on the centre of the lens piece to locate it. Once you've done it the first time it 's easy and quick to do.

Not had a problem with these fogging. I think all cycling sunglasses seem to be made of very similar material and whether or not they fog has more to do with how closely they fit you. A small gap allows a little air to circulate and keep them clear.

Answer:
Hold onto the lens at the bridge of the nose. Swing it down. I.e. if the glasses were on your face you would be pulling the lens down (but then your nose would be in the way so you need to do it when the glasses are off your face). Pull the lens down from the bridge piece, pivoting on the ends of the lens.
Once you have it angled about 45 degrees down you can gently pop one end out and then the other.
Reverse the process to put the new lens in.

You need to pull the lens down in the centre - so that it hinges down and away from the top bar, with the two side points of the lens where it meets the frame as the pivot point. Then you can pull the lens out easily and you just reverese it to get it back in. Don't try and pull out the lenses at the side without roatating the lens down first or you'll snap the bridge or lens corners.

I have a narrow face and find they work very well for daily commuting cycling. The nose rest is slightly adjustable so they sit well on my nose. The straight arms fit well with the helmet.
