dhb Long Sleeve Windslam Jersey
Wind is a constant enemy of the cyclist, it is not concerned with who you are be it new comer or Tour de France Champion. The wind can come at any time of the year and so as a cyclist we need to think effectively about how to combat its effects. Enter the Windslam range of Jerseys whose sole goal is to aid rider comfort and performance.
The Windslam jersey fits into dhb’s new Performance range of garments. These have been developed with extended rider feedback and listening to the requirements of the athletes that we sponsor with the garments. The Windslam jersey bridges the gap that is left by many conventional companies in missing out on items that are designed to perform in the spring and autumn, but will also fit effectively into a winter layering system to further boost their claim to be really a Three Season garment.
The basis of the Windslam jersey is that is uses a high quality polyester fabric, which keeps the user dry and comfortable. The added feature is that we add a polyurethane membrane sandwiched between the fabrics to protect the vital organs. No longer will you need to grab a Gilet or a newspaper when coming off that long descent. The standard three-pocket arrangement is visible on the rear but what you can’t see is the addition of a sweat barrier in the central pocket to keep your phone dry and protected. The polyester fabric has been treated to aid the wicking procedure, while at the same time keep the build up of odour to a minimum!
This long sleeve garment is the big brother of the Short Sleeve Windslam Jersey version. Why - long sleeves? Well some riders can’t get on with arm warmers and prefer the feel of a flowing one piece sleeve. Also for riders who suffer from sensitive skin and have to be extra careful in the sun, this offers some extra protection. You will be able to use this jersey for more months than you’d think, this really is the 'Swiss Army knife' of long sleeve jerseys.

dhb Trace Short Sleeve Jersey
Blaze around that sweeping bend of the country lane with poise and passion leave nothing but a trace.
Need a spare team jersey or just want to ride for ‘team dhb’ – the Trace Jersey is for you. dhb took their tried and tested team fabrics and created the 2011 Trace sublimated jersey. The jersey is tailored to be comfortable and non intrusive. The main body fabric is breathable and wicks moisture away from your body to keep you comfortable.
Breathable mesh insert panels under the arms help improve airflow further. At the back of the jersey you will find the classic arrangement of three vertical drop pockets, with enough volume to store all the essentials; lightweight jacket, tube, cash etc. The elasticated hem has a silicone band in it to prevent it rising up your back.
Complement the Trace Jersey with the Trace Bibshort (new page and available separately) to get the full team kit. The Trace bib shorts use the CyTech Elastic Interface ‘Giro Air’. The pad is the same as that used in the dhb Aeron Race range. The multi-height, contour design has been engineered to add extra foam where you need to eliminate pressure points. The pad is laminated with an ultra smooth, lycra top fabric to keep you comfortable.
