Developed specifically for Triathlon, the DMT Tri features a single strap closure for a quick transition period and secure fit. The mesh upper allows quick drying and the CX sole provides excellent stiffness and power transfer.
CX Carbon Sole
The CX carbon sole is made from Toray MR60 high modulus carbon fibre in a specially configured lay-up. The nine layers are positioned at different angles for complete directional strength.

The main difference between a Tri shoe and a road shoe is the number of straps found on the uppers, Tri shoes tend to have one large strap for quick and easy removal during transitions, whereas a road shoe will have three or even four straps. For longer distance events such as half and full Ironmans a road shoe could be a wise choice though.
