Product Q & A

Which may be better for a newcomer to rollers?
I would never get the cheapest model in the range adn have done 580 miles on mine
You will find this hard work!
You can vary the workload by changing gears on the bike - the experience is like cycling on a narrow icy flat stretch of road which is a lot more fun than it sounds!
In my experience, when you are in highest gear, your legs get a decent workout anyway, unless you are a serious/competitive cyclist, in which case the additional resistance may be necessary.
It has some resistance, so if you need more you can get it to change the gear Hi.
"The rollers can be adjusted to adapt them to to bycles who wheelbase is 0944 - 1124mm (37 to 44 inches)."
This is between the middle of each wheel. I've had my son's bike, 24" MTB, on the rollers.
That 's no problem.~
Make sure you place them on a flat surface, I have mine on a carpet on a concrete floor.
