Like spanx stockings with better contours So I bought these ages ago because I was getting some jiggle as I ran. Well I've had to buy another pair (due to weight loss) and these are really the best I've ever had! They are more firm and a tiny bit thicker than the other compression tights that I've bought of here. They're a lot like spanx in the density of the fabric which is fantastic because they were the ONLY pair of compression tights that didn't give me panty line!! I find these are still quite lightweight and seem to breathe as well as the lighter pairs I've used. The form these give you are fantastic, really very attractive. They don't sag, they're quite firm. Wear them once or twice before you make a decision on whether you think they're too small, they do stretch a bit to fit your body. Buy a true size, DO NOT go a size down like you would with usual compression tights. When I was a UK14 (aussie 16) I bought a UK14, now I'm a UK12 and I bought a UK12. Fits perfectly. Another advantage is the high waist, I'm a curvy girl so I need something that ties at the waist, as opposed to on the hip or below the waist (they slide down on me that way). The waistband can be quite firm, however my tummy is still going down, won't be a problem if you have a reasonably flat tummy. As another aside the patches on the backs of the knees (the triangle thing) and the strip/patch above the bum on these (see the picture for the outline) are white and slightly transparent. Not an issue to me as the waist tie is high enough that your undies shouldn't show, but I figured I'd mention it anyway. These are there to provide ventilation. I wear mine at the gym and outdoors, don't have any problems. I throw them in the machine afterwards no problem. And I swear they make a difference, whenever I don't wear them I really feel the difference in my legs afterwards. OVERALL: these tights are fantastic. I love them to bits, wear them all the time. They last beautifully. They help my legs so much it's ridiculous and really make it so much more comfortable for me to run and recover. They are great to look at, they always draw compliments and make your legs look great! And they don't give you panty line or camel toe (needs to be said ladies, heaps of tights do!) 06 November 2012

Great pants, but go up in size Material is great, like wide waist band and snug fit around the legs. But sizing is way off. Pants seem at least one size smaller than lable indicates. 29 October 2012

This product filled my requirements i am very happy with puma leggings. I am a 10 to 12 Aussie size, so ordered a UK 12 and the size is great. These leggings are really firm offering excellent support. The zips at the ankles are super handy for undressing and the little zip pocket often comes in useful, I can squeeze my iPhone in there! Happy running 22 September 2012

This is a great product fits and looks good. For me the waistband was the only neg. but easily trimmed it lower by half. I am 5' 6" (167cm) weigh 56Kgs. bought size 10 07 September 2012
