About Winter Gloves
Winter cycling gloves are designed to keep your hands warm, windproof gloves are especially good at this as they stop the winds chill from reaching your fingers. Many models incorporate a waterproof membrane to prevent the insulation layer getting wet, this is important as water carries the cold quickly. They are shaped so they're comfortable in the usual riding position and the fingers are usually pre-curved. If your riding position puts a lot of weight on your hands, choose gloves with padded palms, some even feature gel inserts for additional comfort and shock absorption. Alternatively, wear your summer cycling gloves underneath a slightly larger pair of insulated winter gloves.
About the Endura brand
Endura produce many fine cycling garments for both road and mountain bike use. These range from bibshorts to baggy shorts and short sleeve cycling jerseys to downhill MTB jerseys also including gloves and overshoes. Endura have also released a range of garments aimed at the higher end road market. This range is known as Equipe and designed specifically for road use with the garments having a more aero/atheletic look.

Magazine reviews for Endura Tundra Pincer Winter Gloves
Review from Bikeradar
Keeping your digits warm and dry when riding in the depths of winter can be a real challenge. As your fingers don't have much in the way of winter fat, mitts make sense by bunching them together and trapping air.
The Lobsters are a good compromise as their crustacean-style pincers allow easier operation of the brakes and gears than full mitts. In use, they do an excellent job at keeping you toasty with their Thinsulate lining, and as long as water doesn't seep in down your sleeves, they stay dry thanks to their seam-sealing and Velcro tabs.
They're perfect for the winter but some may not like the lobster claw split finger design - especially if you're used to one-finger braking (the Tundra five-fingered glove would suit such riders for the same price).
The liner still has five fingers, and the only small problem we found was that the liner tended to stay clammy long after the rest of the glove had dried out after sweating or washing. It's a minor gripe, but one that affects every waterproof glove we've tested.
There are sizeable reflective patches for highly visible indicating, too.
In conclusion...
Warm and dry pincer gloves for the cold winter months
Rating: 9/10
Review from MBUK
The Lobster is a split mitt, or two finger version of Endura's Tundra glove. As with mitts, the 'fingers together' approach creates a bit more warmth, but the lobster claw variation means you have jsut the right amount of mobility for braking. The liner still has five fingers and the only small problem that we found was that the liner tended to stay clammy long after the rest of the glove has dried out after sweating or washing. It's a minor gripe, but one which affects every waterproof glove we've tested. The Lobster is a weatherproof winter glove with a sealed (and breathable) liner and very effective Thinsulate insulation. The deep cuffs have elasticated wrists, with a vlecro strap for extra sealing, just enough palm padding for comfort and practical nosewipes on the thumb abd forefinger area and across the back of the hand. They're perfect for the winter but some may not like the lobster claw split finger design - especially if you're used to one finger braking (The Tundra five fingered glove would suit such riders for the same price).
In conclusion...
One of the best pairs of weather proof gloves out there.
