1. Rocker Assembly
Extremely stiff and light 3D forged rocker
Accessibility to suspension during the ride and remote lock-out option. The rear shock system is unique in the bike scene: integrated suspension for optimal transmission of force and stiffness

4. Concealed Cables
Integrated cable tunnel adds frame stiffness and keeps cables out of the way.
5. Tapered Head Tube
Using the now standard 1 1/8" steerer tube at the top and then enlarging the steerer as it goes towards the fork crown until it reaches an 1 1/2" results in a front end that follows every input you make and transfers as much power as possible through the frame. This does not apply to the Focus 'FIRST' model.
6. Bottle Bosses
Ample room for a bottle cage and bottle.
7. Oversized Bearings
Oversized needle bearings with high precise CNC milled bearing seats and double seals guarding against water entering the area.
With the new Stable Stiffness Per Size (SSPS) system the FOCUS engineers have come up with a real stroke of genius. Until now all aluminium frame sizes had the same tube dimensions but with SSPS the tube dimensions are exactly tailored to the size of the bike.
This means that no matter how tall you are, whether 1.6m or 2.2m, your Focus bike has the same ideal ride quality with consistent rigidity, suspension and strength per size.
