The Izalco Team Ergoride frame features the same outstanding attributes to the Izalco Team frame but with a slight difference. The modified geometry, with its longer head tube and sharply sloping top tube is more ideally suited to the sporty rider.
|Number of gears:||20|
|Steerer:||Tapered 1 1/8 - 1 1/4|
|Wheel Size:||700c (622)|
The frame design is more suited to the rider wanting a more relaxed ride as it transforms long distance rides into relaxed touring rides yet it still looks and feels like a race bike. The sharper sloping top tube and longer head tube also ensures a more upright sitting position and provides a pleasant damping effect. It also features a tapered head tube and matching tapered fork meaning the front end inspires cornering confidence as well as minimizing flex when sprinting. The bottom bracket area is also incredibly stiff and allows for the use of a larger diameter BB30 chainset which both increases pedaling efficiency and decreases weight.
The Izalco Team Ergoride boasts a wealth of top quality components from well-respected cycling brands. SRAM provides the components with their second in line groupset (Force) being fitted with FSA finishing off the bike with their bars, stem and seatpost.
Fulcrum Racing 5 clincher wheels wrapped with Continental Grand Prix 400 tyres gives you top quality performance and smoothness as well as good rigidity for sprints and handling. The BB30 chainset is a compact and provides lower gearing for better climbing and means even on hillier terrain you shouldn't find yourself longing for a triple.
The Izalco Team Ergoride offers more than enough quality to either the enthusiast road rider looking to upgrade. Each Izalco Team Ergoride is fully built, tested and tuned by Wiggle's team of qualified bike mechanics to ensure you're bike arrives in perfect condition. There are two ways of measuring the right FOCUS frame size for you.
1 - Using your inside leg measurement: Measure your inside leg measurement, ideally with a folding rule and in your cycling gear of underclothes. Stand up straight and measure the height from the ground to your crotch in centimetres. Multiply the measurement as follows:
Racing bike: Inside leg measurement x 0.66
2 - Using your height: See the table above for the relevant measurements (please note sizes are approximate). If you prefer a sporty riding style, opt for a slightly smaller frame size. If you like touring, the frame can be a little larger.

Can you please tell me the weight for this bike on size L-56 ?
Thank u very much!
Would large be ok
Bought Cayo 105 from Wiggle couple of years ago in size M, guessing I'd also be a M on this bike?
Note: During my bike fit at LBS of the Cayo we swapped the stem for a more relaxed upright position, I'm hoping the more relaxed geometry of the Izalco Ergoride may mean the is not necessary - can you flip the stem if required to give a more relaxed option without need to swap it out?
The stem can indeed be turned over for a more upright position
can you let me know what size frame would suit a man with a 78cm inside leg / 1m. 72 in height

I'm 5ft 6 inside leg 29 ins. Is small the correct size?
What size stem, crank, cassette and standover?
What is the suitable size for height 170cm and inside leg of 77cm?
Height: 172 cm
Arm span: 171cm
