The 2009 Raven Pro comes equipped with SRAM X.0 delivering clean and precise shifting when it counts. Reliability is the key with this machine and with Rockshox SID Race forks soaking up the trail you are guaranteed a perfect ride every time. With Focus keeping the SSPS (Stable Stiffness per Size) carbon system on all Raven range this means you have the added strength and durability where it counts.
Put plainly the larger the frame the more material is required to retain strength, stiffness and durability. This means the STW (Strength To Weight) ratio is similar for all frame sizes. This is because a tall and usually more powerful rider needs more stiffness than a shorter and normally more lightweight rider. This system avoids having wasted material and increased weight on a small frame unnecessarily, and too little material on a larger frame. The Geometry is based on feedback from professional's from the Focus team and their experience and input, it's pure racing attitude. Its this kind of attention to fine detail that separates the Raven Pro from the competition.
Avid Elixir R disc brakes help scrub off speed with a 185mm front and 160mm rear rotor size, the rotors are mounted to a pair of DT's x1800 wheels which speak for themselves, whilst a pair of Rockshox SID Race 100mm travel suspension forks help control the bike at speed over the rough stuff. A quality selection of Concept, FSA and Fi:zik components finish this race level bike nicely.
Focus got everything possible out of this Marathon frame - literally, because every unnecessary gram was substituted by ultra stiff high-tech carbon. What has emerged is a bike of merciless stamina, fighting heart and a victory mentality.

It will have some wear to the drivetrain and contact points, may have small scratches/marks on the bike and will certainly have no structural damage. There will be evidence of riding/dirt on the tyres and rest of bike.
Please note: That this bike comes with a Hope bottom bracket, Uno seat post, a Selle Italia Flite saddle and no bar ends.
