The 2014 Racing 3 2-way fit wheelset comes with a new mega-drive hub flange on the rear improving stiffness and power transfer, also seen on the Racing 1 and Zero. They also have a great graphics makeover including a new white painted hub.

Differentiated rim heights – 26mm at front for optimal manoeuvrability; 30mm at rear for optimal power transfer.
Oversized hub body in aluminium gives strong lateral stiffness while reducing weight.
Fulcrum 2:1 spoke ratio on rear wheel, double the number of spokes on the drive side for greater wheel stability and improved power transfer in the rear wheel. 16 straight pull aero spokes on front wheel, 21 on rear.
Fulcrum Dynamic Balance keeps the Racing 3 wheels perfectly stable but is achieved in the rim milling process rather than spokes in the Racing 5.
Racing 3 2-Way FitTM wheels are compatible with the Campagnolo, Shimano and SRAM drivetrains and are supplied with the new Fulcrum quick releases.

I would imagine that clinchers without the specifically designed bead would work just the same with Stan's or similar- they do a kit to convert non tubeless wheels that rely on tape and sealant.
It's worth a try - I always carry a tube and tyre patch just in case , though. Sealant has it's limits - if you get a largeish split you are walking if you don't have a tube and something to stop it ballooning out of the split.
I have had wheels in the past that made it very difficult to take a tire off or put one on. I'm just curious about these.
The tubeless bead locks tenaciously into the rim and is actually quite difficult to dislodge - clinchers don't lock, the tube presses the bead against the rim. I'm no expert but I wouldn't use clinchers without a tube although plenty of people do with a conversion kit that does nothing more than attempt to bung up the holes...
