220 Triathlon
The ultimate success of GPS training systems lies in the accuracy and reliability of the data they collect. Inuse, the advanced sensitivity of the 305 was obvious. In an historically poor signal area it aquired the sattelite links within a couple of minutes, while the 301 taken along struggled gamely for several more minutes before gaining a "weak GPS signal" warning. Garmin has added to the myriad of training methods already available on previous models. Of specific interset are the "Multi-Sport workouts"which allow you to monitor and capture-specific data, including transitions, whilst still monitoring the overall time and distance of your session or race. In conclusion...
One of the most feature-laden personal trainers available, but aqt this price ensure you're buying it as a serious trainer tool reather than a gadget
