The Forerunner 405CX is an evolution in GPS-enabled training, improving on the already-popular features of the existing Forerunner 405. The 405CX features a new heart rate-based calorie computation that is more accurate, a second wrist strap option suitable for smaller wrists and a fashionable blue colour.
