DWR Fabric Finish
Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish is a fabric’s first line of defense against water penetration. DWR’s primary function is to repel water on the fabric surface, but the finish also makes fabric more breathable, dry more quickly, and repel dirt and oil, keeping apparel clean. Impressively durable, DWR’s properties are rejuvenated during home laundering, especially tumble drying.
