Goldeneye Guides is a leading independent publisher of UK Guide Books, Travel Guides, Map Guides and specialist guides for Cycling, Mountain Biking and Walking, to the most popular tourist destinations in England and Wales. We have been producing these guides for 25 years and have a unique knowledge and passion for the English landscape; her countryside and coastline, harbours, towns and villages.

The Guidebooks and Map Guides provide concise, detailed information on the attractions and places to visit; from National Trust properties, to isolated churches and beaches, and often with a recommended stop at a gastro-pub or tearoom. Our selection of places to eat and drink is rigorous and highly selective, as is our choice of accommodation. We only feature luxurious B & Bs, the best Country House Hotels, and highly recommended Restaurants With Rooms. This policy of selection will be mirrored in our On-Line Guides to Cornwall, Devon, The Cotswolds, Lake District, Peak District, Norfolk and Suffolk, and future Guidebooks and Map Guides. The Guidebooks have a simple navigational system with easy access to the mass of information to view. The MapGuides ease of folding and unfolding provides a simultaneous sight of the map with the backed-up guide. Our Cycling Maps are laminated sheet maps with altitude (contour) layering. They illustrate recommended circular routes, family cycling trails and the National Cycle Network routes, all following quiet country lanes and byways. The Mountain Biking guides have ten maps per publications and these show circular routes along bridleways, forest paths and quiet country roads. They are graded from Easy to Difficult.
Our Walking guides are of a similar design to our Mountain Biking guides but have more detailed mapping.
