The Gore Bike Wear Alp-X collection is designed for the endurance orientated mountain biker who rides in all weather conditions. Engineered for long rides on alpine trails, the garments feature packable volumes, durable constructions, ventilation and low weight.
X-Static Fibres
X-static fabric includes a layer of fibres containing silver ions, this preserves the freshness of the sock by inhibiting the growth of odour-causing bacteria and fungi. The layer of silver ions also helps regulate your temperature, in hot conditions it conducts your body heat out into the surrounding air, whilst in cold conditions it reflects your body heat back.
About Cycling Socks
Your feet work really hard on a bike and are a major point of contact, so it's worth pampering them a bit. Cycling socks are designed to relieve the pressure points generated by pedalling and keep your skin dry by wicking moisture away.
