A great outer layer jacket This is the first "proper" piece of cycling kit I've bought and I would recommend it for that purpose - it is wind proof, comfortable and makes me highly visible. Fit is very snug - I'm normally a small womens size 10 and bought a medium and it was just right. 18 January 2013

Great material Worn this afew times on quite cold days- it's been good and kept me warm - the material is stretchy and so is avery comfortable fit. Love the pink colour. Haven't worn it in wet weather yet -so I'll be interested to see how it is then. Got th ematching long pants - but they are for Christmas- can't wait to wear them though! Only down side is it does seem a little expensive. 13 December 2012

Another excellent product from Gore I like Gore products, they are of a high quality, to the job well and fit well. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I have a Gore softshell which is black which is great, but bought it when I first started cycling nearly three years ago and it now far too big for me and cycling in winter I wanted to be more visible. I liked the idea that the sleeves can come off, have not tried that yet. I purchased the high viz and it is a good fit, keeps me warm and visible. 05 November 2012

Great warmth and comfort I've only had the chance to use this once so far, but on a cold day, it kept me warm, fitted perfectly and gave great flexibility on the bike. The 'zip-off' arm feature is one I expect to use more in the spring, and it seems very straightforward and quick to do. I ordered the yellow jacket for safety in the dull winter days (and apparently this is the 'in' fashion colour for 2013 cyclists!!) Highly recommended. 24 October 2012

Sizing - 40?

I tried on a Gore jacket in a shop earlier today to get an idea of sizing. It was size 40. Your sizing is different, despite the jacket being exactly the same. Can you tell me what a 40 would equate to?
