Bike & Frame Delivery - Wiggle Customer Service

International Frame Delivery

How much?

We deliver bike frames across the world but unfortunately due to their size, we are unable to count these towards the free delivery minimum spend thresholds and these will incur a shipping charge.

Please check our global price list to find out the delivery cost of your frame before you order.

How long?

Frame orders have an estimated processing time of 4-6 days as they need to be securely packaged and checked by our fully trained mechanics before despatch. During our busiest periods, these times may vary but our workshop team will process your order as quickly as they can.

By who?

We normally ship frames via either Parcel Force or DHL. All international frame orders can be tracked online, simply follow the link provided in your despatch confirmation email.

Frame assembly

Please note: 5mm from either side of the centre line is considered to be the accepted level of tolerance for frame alignment. Misalignments below this are considered to be within tolerance and of satisfactory standard.

International Bike Delivery

Bikes sent internationally (Outside of the UK and Ireland) are assembled and safety checked before being disassembled and then packaged into two separate boxes for delivery. The frame will be in one box and the wheels will be in the other, both boxes will be shipped together.

Some assembly will be required but the necessary tools and instructions will be provided with your bike. For more information on what you need to do when you receive your bike, please see our International Bike Delivery instructions.

Brake set up

Customers should state in their order notes how they require their brakes to be set up. In the UK bikes are shipped as standard with the front brake on the right and rear on the left.

If we are not informed of your preferences we will have to call you to confirm this which may cause a delay.

Test Ridden

Once your new bike has been assembled, the mechanic will give it a short test ride to ensure everything is working as it should. This final element of our quality control minimises any problems you may encounter when you ride it for the first time.

International Despatch

Once your new bike has been assembled and test ridden, it will be packaged ready for despatch. Minor assembly will be required on receipt, full instructions and any specialist tools will be included.

Please report any transit damage within 48 hours of receipt via our contact us form with your order details and any supporting images.

Bikes which are in stock are usually built and despatched in 4-6 working days, delivery then takes 5-7 days by courier and will require a signature on receipt.

Please note we recommend that international customers should state in their order notes how they require their brakes to be set up. It is standard procedure to ship bikes in the UK with the front brake on the right and rear on the left. Should you select priority despatch, if there are no notes on the order to advise what brake preference you require, this will cause delays as we will need to phone or confirm the setup before we dispatch your bike.
