Bike & Frame Delivery - Wiggle Customer Service

International Frame Delivery

We deliver frames internationally but unfortunately due to their bulky size there are extra costs involved.  We have kept our international delivery prices as low as we can and we are always working hard to get the very best deal for all of our international customers.

Frame Tracking

All international frame orders can be tracked online. Should you wish to track your order online, simply follow the link provided in your order processed email. We normally ship frames via either Parcel Force or DHL.

Frame Assembly

Please note 5 mm is the accepted level of tolerance on each side of the centre line of the bike frame. 

Misalignments are considered to be within tolerance and of satisfactory standard.

International Bike Delivery

Bikes despatched internationally (outside of the UK and Ireland) are fully assembled and safety checked here at Wiggle before being disassembled and packaged into two separate boxes ready for delivery. The frame will be in one box and the wheels will be in the other box and both boxes will be shipped together.

Some assembly will be required when you receive your bike and full instructions and tools will be provided. For more information on what you need to do when you receive your bike, please see our International Bike Delivery instructions.

Bike Brake Set Up

We recommend that international customers should state in their order notes how they require their brakes to be set up. It it standard procedure to ship bikes in the UK with the front brake on the right and rear on the left. Should you select priority despatch, If there are no notes on the order to advise what brake preference you require, this will cause delays as we will need to phone or confirm the setup before we dispatch your bike.

Bike Tracking

All international bike orders can be tracked online. Should you wish to track your order online, simply put your consignment number which will be supplied to you in your confirmation email, (begins with EE and ends in GB) in the "track your parcel" section on their web-site.

CyTech accredited mechanics

Every bike we supply is fully assembled and checked by one of our CyTech accredited mechanics. CyTech is the bike industry's qualification for cycle mechanics and technicians, developed and overseen by the Association of Cycle Traders. CyTech accredited mechanics have achieved specific levels of competency in a range of different disciplines which are then assessed by professional trainers. This ensures CyTech accredited mechanics have the right skills to properly assemble your bike to ensure it is safe for your continued use and enjoyment.

Test ridden

Once your new bike has been assembled, the mechanic will give it a short test ride to ensure everything is working as it should. This final element of our quality control minimises any problems you may encounter when you ride it for the first time.

International Despatch

Once your new bike has been assembled and test ridden, it will be packaged ready for despatch. Minor assembly will be required on receipt, full instructions and any specialist tools will be included.

Please report any transit damage within 48 hours of receipt to workshop@wiggle.co.uk with your order details and any supporting images.

Bikes which are in stock are usually built and despatched in 4-6 working days, delivery then takes 5-7 days by courier and will require a signature on receipt.

International Returns

If you are not happy with your bike for whatever reason, you are welcome to return it to us for a refund so long as it is still new and un-ridden. Please let us know within 7 working days and we will arrange the return with you.

Please note the following:

Be sure you are happy with the bike as once used, returns cannot be accepted. Your statutory rights are not affected. We recommend you keep hold of the packaging just in case you need to return the bike to us. If you would like to return your bike within the 7 day period, you will need to cover the cost of returning the bike, along with ensuring the bike is securely packaged for transit as originally received.

Your bike is covered by the wiggle guarantee and the respective manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us for details. If your bike develops a fault within the warranty period please contact us at workshop@wiggle.co.uk before returning the bike or any of it’s components as problems can often be resolved without any postage costs being incurred. If it is necessary to return the bike or any components you will need to cover the postage cost. For health and safety reasons, please ensure that any returns sent back to us are clean.
