How do I update the details on my customer account?

If you change your address or your name it is easy to update your new details on your account.

  1. Log into your account using the Your Account link at the top of the page.
  2. Select the My Details tab
  3. Scroll down to the section you wish to update, credit card address and details are at the top, then delivery address, then email address.
  4. Edit the sections you wish to update
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Update button
  6. Your changes have now been saved

NB: You customer account details are not connected to eNewsLetter subscriptions so these details need to be updated seperately

How do I change the credit/ debit card I have registered with Wiggle?

  1. Log into your account using the Your Account link at the top of the page.
  2. Select the My Details tab

How do I change the email address I use with my Wiggle Account?

  1. Log into your account using the Your Account link at the top of the page.
  2. Select the My Details tab
  3. Scroll down to the section you wish to update, your email address is near the bottom of the page after credit card address and delivery address
  4. Delete the email address in the textbox and enter your new one
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Update button
  6. Your changes have now been saved

Have you forgotten your password?

If you have lost or forgotten your account password please complete our Lost Password form. Enter your email address and click the ‘Recover Password’ button. We will then email you a new password.

Then, return to the Wiggle log in page entering your email address and the new password you were emailed. This is case sensitive and should not include any spaces.

Once you have logged in, you can create a new memorable password on the main page of My Account, under the ‘Password’ section, again entering the password you were emailed and whatever new password you would like.

If you do not receive the new password email please check your email junk or spam folder. If you still can’t find this email please contact our customer services team at support@wiggle.co.uk who will be able to help you.

What do I do if I have forgotten the email address I used to register at Wiggle?

If you have forgotten your email address please contact sales@wiggle.co.uk and send them your full name and your full address including postcode that you registered to your account and they will be able to locate your details.

Are my eNewsletter subscription details linked to my customer account?

No the eNewsLetter subscription is a totally seperate account.  It only holds you email address, title, name and interest choices.  If you wish to keep your details up to date you will need to do this seperately from your customer account.

Managing your wishlist

How to put items in the wish list.
To use a wish list you have to select an item and instead of selecting "add to basket"  you should click the "add to wish list". You can change the quantity to however many you want. You can add as many items as you want to your wish list.

How to email the wish list to your friends.
You can then email this to a friend, or as many as you want, by clicking Email to a friend. You can also add a message to the email.

How to buy from a wish list
You will have received an email from your friend with a go to link. Click this and it will take you to their wish list. Select the items you wish to purchase and check out in the normal way.
