What delivery method does wiggle use?
For UK orders we use City Link or Royal Mail First Class. This means that your goods will usually arrive the next working day for most of the UK mainland. If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, we'll use Parcelforce, Royal Mail Airmail or City Link if the items are heavy. Delivery times may be extended, depending on where exactly you live.
For International Delivery we use Parcelforce or Royal Mail Airmail to despatch your order. For more information click here.
If you have a problem with a delivery or with goods damaged in transit, send us an email to sales@wiggle.co.uk.
Please Note: Larger and more expencive items shipped with City Link, cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses
International Courier Delivery
Wiggle offers courier delivery to international customers allowing orders to be fully traceable. The price of this service is dependent on the delivery country or region.
If your order qualifies for the courier service you will be shown this as a delivery option in the Basket and Checkout pages. Here you can select which delivery method you would like.
If you select to upgrade to the traceable courier service we will send you an email with details on how to track your order once your order has been placed.
The courier delivery option is available when all the items in your order are in stock. If your order contains items which are currently on order (i.e. items marked as 'none in stock' or 'out of stock') you cannot use the courier service. However, you could still get traceable courier delivery for your in stock items by placing two separate orders; one order for all in stock items and one for the on order items.
Courier delivery is not available for customised items or bikes, however Wiggle may choose to despatch your order using a courier.

Delivering to your address
Once an order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. We are also unable to redirect mail once an order has been processed.
For these reasons please supply us with a delivery address where there will be someone in to sign for your parcel. If there is nobody in when the couriers call, they will leave a card. You can then phone them to arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot.
Please Note: Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses

Missing Parcels/Damage
Please be aware that if you request that goods are left safe via the courier notes, Wiggle cannot claim for missing items or damage to your parcel. As a result, in the event of an absence, we strongly recommend that you collect your parcel from a local delivery depot or instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour.

UK Bike delivery
All bikes are delivered Ready2Ride. For more information on how the bikes are assembled and for what you need to do when you received your bike, please see our Ready2Ride page.

International Bike Delivery
Bikes despatched internationally (outside of the UK and Ireland) are fully assembled and safety checked here at Wiggle before being disassembled and packaged into two separate boxes ready for delivery. The frame will be in one box and the wheels will be in the other box and both boxes will be shipped together.
Some assembly will be required when you receive your bike and full instructions and tools will be provided. For more information on what you need to do when you receive your bike, please see our International Bike Delivery instructions.

Bike Brake Set Up
We recommend that international customers should state in their order notes how they require their brakes to be set up. It it standard procedure to ship bikes in the UK with the front brake on the right and rear on the left. Should you select priority despatch, If there are no notes on the order to advise what brake preference you require, this will cause delays as we will need to phone or confirm the setup before we dispatch your bike.

All international bike orders can be tracked online. Should you wish to track your order online, simply put your consignment number which will be supplied to you in your confirmation email, (begins with EE and ends in GB) in the "track your parcel" section on their web-site.

We deliver frames internationally but unfortunately due to their bulky size there are extra costs involved. We have kept our international delivery prices as low as we can and we are always working hard to get the very best deal for all of our international customers.

Free Delivery
Free delivery option
Wiggle offers FREE DELIVERY to all of the UK on almost every product! Please note that certain large items such as bikes, frames and trainers may incur a small additional charge for very remote parts of the British Isle. We also offer Free International Delivery depending on the total value of your order. Your free delivery threshold for your chosen shipping destination will be displayed in your wiggle shopping basket.Please note that free delivery is only available via www.wiggle.co.uk and our satellite sites. If you are unsure if your order qualifies for free delivery please check your shopping basket.
How do I select the free delivery option?
You can choose your delivery options in your wiggle shopping basket.
Will I automatically get free delivery on my order?
No - you need to select it from the checkout screen.
Will I receive my order any sooner if I pay for delivery?

Yes - we process orders where priority despatch has been paid for first.

If you pay for priority despatch, we will despatch the items we have in stock straight away with the remainder going onto back order. These items are despatched when they have all come into stock or after a week, whichever is sooner.

If you select the free delivery option, we will despatch all your items together when they are all in stock. If we are still waiting for items after a week, we will despatch the ones we do have
What if I want some items really quickly?
Pay for priority despatch in the normal way - that way, we'll despatch what we can as soon as we can.
What happens if an item in my order is delayed?

We will wait for 5 days, then send the items we do have in stock. The remaining items will go onto back order.

Items on back order will be despatched as soon as they arrive with no delivery charge
What happens if an item in my order sells out while I'm waiting for the rest of my order to come into stock?

For items where there is limited stock, we will give priority to customers paying for priority despatch.

International Free Delivery
