Details of 'Email When in Stock' Service

If an item you are interested in is out of stock, you can request an alert to receive an alert via email when it is back in stock. All you need to do is click on the "Email when in stock" button on the product description page and follow the sign-up steps.

If you haven’t received an email to say the item you want is back in stock this means that we haven’t received our delivery yet, don’t worry we’ll let you know when it is back in stock and ready for you to purchase.

If you have received your in stock email alert and upon visiting the site it is out of stock again, this means the item is very popular and has unfortunately sold out, you can sign-up to the 'Email When in Stock' service again in just a few clicks.

If the product is discontinued between the time you request a stock alert, you will receive an email to let you know, in this case please come back to the site and see if we have another product that suits your needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

I received a stock alert but the item still says out of stock, what does that mean?

The stock alert will be sent to all customers who are waiting for this item and stock will be allocated on a first come first service basis. Your stock alert will still be active up until the date that we receive new stock. You may need to sign up to receive new alerts if stock arrives but you are unable to place an order. You can monitor your alerts on your account section or by clicking here.

My item says it is due in 2-4 weeks, do you have a more specific date?

Stock replenishment dates are based upon estimates and delays can sometimes occur with our suppliers which may mean that stock will not be received within the estimate. If stock has not been received towards the latter of the estimate, please contact customer services.

What if the item is no longer available in the size/colour I want?

If the product has been discontinued in the option you have selected while you are waiting for an alert, we will send an email to let you know. In this case please feel free to check if the item has a possible alternative option available or you can contact our product specialists via email or Live Chat for assistance.
