Wiggle deliver to over 60 countries worldwide.

Free delivery is available to every country that wiggle deliver to although each country outside of the UK has its own minimum spend to qualify for free delivery.  The value of the minimum spend will be displayed in your wiggle shopping basket.

You can also choose to add priority despatch to your order. Priority Despatch means we despatch your goods as soon as we can after we receive your order.  If you do not choose priority despatch your order may take an additional 2-3 days to be processed during peak times before it is despatched.

How quickly will my order be despatched?

This depends on which despatch method you choose. If you select Priority Despatch we will despatch your goods as soon as we can after we receive your order. If you choose Free Delivery this may take longer.

Can all items on wiggle be despatched worldwide?

We ship most items worldwide although some are restricted depending on the exact shipping destination. 

The following products usually have shipping restrictions:

  • Bikes
  • Energy drink, food and gels
  • Liquids
  • Products that contain aerosols

If you select your shipping destination from our home page you will only see products on the site that are available for your selected shipping destination.

How much does worldwide delivery cost?

The price of delivery outside of the UK is dependent on the weight of the order. You will be able to see the shipping cost of your order when you view your wiggle shopping basket. You will also be able to see the free delivery threshold in your wiggle shopping basket.

What currency will I pay for my order in?

  • You will pay the amount shown in GB Pounds Sterling
  • The price in other currencies shown on the site are for information only and are displayed at the current exchange rate.
  • This amount will be charged to your credit/debit card / PayPal account
  • Your card provider will convert this into your local currency at their normal rate
  • Any additional charges made by your card provider are your responsibility
  • VAT is automatically included for destination countries in the EU.

Will I have to pay any Customs charges in my country?

There are no import/export duties on goods shipped within the European Union. All goods shipped to EU countries already have the relevant VAT included.

Shipments sent outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask, or expect us to do any of the above. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.

How will my order be despatched?

For smaller parcels & packages we will despatch your item via Airmail, which is a Royal Mail service. No signature will be required on delivery of your order. Please note that due to the economy nature of the Royal Mail service it is not possible to trace a delayed parcel until 28 days after shipping.

For higher value orders / bulky items we will despatch your item with Parcel Force International via the General Parcel Network. A signature will be required on delivery of your order. Detailed online tracking information is also available - contact sales@wiggle.co.uk for more information.
