The price of delivery outside of the UK is dependent on the weight of the order. You will be able to see the shipping cost of your order when you view your wiggle shopping basket. You will also be able to see the free delivery threshold in your wiggle shopping basket.
For smaller parcels & packages we will despatch your item via Airmail, which is a Royal Mail service. No signature will be required on delivery of your order. Please note that due to the economy nature of the Royal Mail service it is not possible to trace a delayed parcel until 28 days after shipping.
For higher value orders / bulky items we will despatch your item with Parcel Force International via the Express Mail Service EMS & The E-Parcel Group EPG. This depends on which despatch method you choose. If you select Priority Despatch we will despatch your goods as soon as we can after we receive your order. If you choose Free Delivery this may take longer.
Will I have to pay any Customs charges in my country?
There are no import/export duties on goods shipped within the European Union. All goods shipped to EU countries already have the relevant VAT included.
Shipments sent outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask, or expect us to do any of the above. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
Customers outside of the UK must follow the instructions below along with our standard returns procedure.
To help us deal with your return to us quickly and efficiently you must mark all returns as RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE. This must be clearly marked on the customs information document ( CN22 and/ or CN 23) on the outside of the packaging. Failure to do so may result in the goods being refused at customs in the UK and so being returned to the sender.

Priority Despatch means we fast-track the packaging and shipping of your order so you will receive it as quickly as is possible.
Given the importance of delivery time to our customers, Priority Despatch is the default option on Wiggle.
UK customers should take delivery of items we have in stock within 2 working days.
With Priority Despatch we insure we despatch your order as quickly as possible via either a next-day courier service or Royal Mail 1st Class. This should result in you taking delivery the next working day (after despatch) however we can make no guarantees on the speed of the postal/courier service used which is why we recommend allowing 2 working days.
International orders will take longer depending on destination but we will make sure your goods leave us as quickly as possible.
But when will my order be despatched?
If you order on a working day before 2pm GMT Monday – Thursday we aim to despatch your order the same day.
If you order on a Friday or Saturday we may despatch your order the same day but it may not arrive until the following week as not all postal services deliver at the weekends.
Priority Despatch orders placed on a Sunday will be processed first thing Monday morning ahead of our weekend rush!
Will I receive my order any sooner if I choose priority despatch?
yes - we process orders where priority despatch has been paid for first
if you pay for priority despatch, we will despatch the items we have in stock straight away with the remainder going onto back order. These items are despatched when they have all come into stock or after a week, whichever is sooner
If you select the free delivery option, you may wait up to a week for your goods. We will despatch all your items together when they are all in stock. If we are still waiting for items after a week, we will despatch the ones we do have
Wiggle offers courier delivery to international customers allowing orders to be fully traceable. The price of this service is dependent on the delivery country or region.
If your order qualifies for the courier service you will be shown this as a delivery option in the Basket and Checkout pages. Here you can select which delivery method you would like.
If you select to upgrade to the traceable courier service we will send you an email with details on how to track your order once your order has been placed.
The courier delivery option is available when one of the items in your order is in stock. If your order contains items which are currently on order (i.e. items marked as 'none in stock' or 'out of stock') these will be sent via priority delivery once they arrive in our warehouse.
Courier delivery is not available for customised items or bikes, however Wiggle may choose to despatch your order using a courier.

Next day delivery means that orders are processed as a priority and shipped by courier for the next working delivery day.
If your order is made before 4pm, it will be shipped for arrival the next working day.
4pm GMT is an approximate cut of time and on occasion some parcels may be shipped the same day when ordered after 4pm GMT, you will be notified if this happens.
All parcels shipped by DHL for Next Day will have to be signed for at the place of delivery.
UK Bank holidays will add an extra working day to the delivery lead times this will be shown at time of purchase.
The Next Day delivery option is not available on back orders or Bulky items.
Due to service limitations there are postal areas that we cannot make next day delivery to with our carrier. If your postal area is exempt from next day delivery you will be notified at the checkout.

All electronic devices delivered by Wiggle come with a UK plug only. Please note that you will need to have an adapter in order to be able to use your electronic device with another European plug. If an electronic device is not delivered with a UK plug this information will be explicitly stated in the product description.
We expect delivery to the USA to take approximately 5-10 days. Use our Priority Despatch service for a quicker despatch.
