Here at Wiggle we firmly believe that you should be able to shop anywhere and anytime from the palm of your hand! That is precisely why we have decided to go Mobile!

Our new mobile website is a streamlined version of wiggle.co.uk and allows you to browse for your favourite cycling products on the go and benefit from all of our great promotions.

To access the Wiggle mobile site all you need to do is go to the web browser on your smartphone and enter www.wiggle.co.uk and you will then be taken to the new Wiggle mobile site. Make sure you create a book mark so the wiggle site can be just a click away from your home screen!

Our mobile site is simplified to make it faster and easier to use. It works just like our online store on your computer. You can sign in to your existing account, shop and check out in the usual Wiggle way. You can also switch between your desktop and mobile and your basket items shall remain in place.

If you are new to Wiggle.co.uk, you can also create a new account from your mobile phone and you can also use the same account details to shop from a computer.

Viewing email images on your mobile

 

iPhone Mail app

We suggest, if you are having difficulty viewing Wiggle promotional email images on your iPhone please follow our step by step guide below:

Step 1: Tap the Settings on your home screen and access the Mail, Contacts, Calendars screen.

 

Step 2: Scroll through the panel and search for a Remote Images option.

 

Step 3: If your Remote Images slider is set to OFF, please slide it to ON.

By doing this you should now be able to load images in email and view your Wiggle promotional email content

Please be aware by enabling your phone to load images in email, your data use will increase. Check with your carrier if you are unsure of your data usage limit.

 


Android Mail App (Gmail Native Email App)

We suggest, if you are having difficulty viewing Wiggle promotional email images on your Android handset please follow our step by step guide below:

Step 1: Touch Menu > Settings from any email screen.

 

Step 2: On the General Settings page please locate the Restore default for ‘Show Pictures’ section. If your default setting is activated you will not be able to view email images automatically.

 

Step 3: To view email images automatically please make sure the Restore default for ‘Show Pictures’ is NOT activated.



By doing this you should now be able to load images in email and view your Wiggle promotional email content

Please be aware by enabling your phone to load images in email, your data use will increase. Check with your carrier if you are unsure of your data usage limit.
