I have bought half a dozen times before and never had a problem. Quick response to email queries (less than 24 hours) and knowledgeable on the phone. Plenty of choice and is usually the best value on-line store. What more do you want?

The wiggle service I found to be fantastic. Always stayed in contact when needed. shipping to me was in a reasonable time after ordering. Sometimes aftersales by alot of companies can be lacking, but not with these guys. I thought I had a problem with the wheels on the bike, I sent wiggle a quick male telling them about it and straight away they replied with response to resolve the problem in the country I'm living in!!! In general I was impressed and if I'm looking for something else I will buy from them again!!!

I've never had a problem with any order,the attention to detail on getting the sizing right impressed me very much.On the one occasion when i needed to make a warranty return it was carried out swiftly and proffessionally filling me with confidence to continue buying from wiggle.

Fast efficient service, used site for over 2 yrs after a recommendation from a friend, have tried using local shops, which cannot match the efficientcy or service provided at wiggle. Loyalty discount works well which shows appreciation form wiggle of continued custom. Local bike shops don't seem to have staff that are to keen to help, of course this may be due to their heads being too far up their own sphincter, or being disillusioned by their a**e and elbow.
