How can I change my account details?

You can easily change your account details such as your password, newsletter subscription, delivery/email addresses, and card details by following these easy steps:

  1. Log into your account using the My Account & Wishlist link at the top of any page.
  2. Select the appropriate section from the left hand side menu:
  • Password, email address or eNewsletter preferences and subscriptions: please click on ‘My Details’
  • Delivery address: please click on ‘My Addresses’
  • Card information: please click on ‘My Card Details’ 
  1. Edit the sections you wish to update
  2. Click the ‘Update’ button
  3. Your changes have now been saved

Please note that your customer account details are not connected to eNewsLetter subscriptions so these details need to be updated separately.

Forgotten your password?

If you have lost or forgotten your account password please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Recover My Password. Please ensure that you are fully logged out of your account.
  2. We will then send you a new password via email. Please note that the password is case sensitive and should not include any spaces.
  3. If you are having problems finding this email, please contact our customer services team through the Contact Us form and they will be happy to help you.

My Wishlist

How can I add an item to My Wishlist?
To create your own Wishlist all you have to do is to select an item and click the ‘Add to Wishlist’ button, instead of selecting ‘Add To Basket’. You can change the quantity too. You can add as many items as you want to your wishlist.

How can I email My Wishlist to my friends?
You can then email this to whoever you like, by logging in through the My Account & Wishlist link at the top of the page, and selecting ‘My Wishlist’ from the left hand side menu. By clicking on the grey message button, you will be asked to enter both yours and a friend's email addresses and a message for them, which will include a link to your Wishlist.

How can I buy from a Wishlist?
If you received an email with your friend’s Wishlist all you need to do is follow the link in the email and it will take you to their Wishlist. Select the items you wish to purchase and check out in the normal way.

My Orders

You can check your order history at any time by logging into your account and selecting ‘My Orders’ option from the left hand side menu.

Click on the relevant calendar year at the top of the page to locate your order.

From here you should easily be able to check the status of any order placed within the last 2 years.

Email newsletter subscription

All you have to do is click on the newsletter sign-up icon that can be found at the top of the homepage on the right hand side or click here.

Please enter the required details in the sign up form and press submit.

You don’t need to have a full account to sign up to our email Newsletter.
