How many are in a package, and because they are for track use, does that mean you cant use them on the road?

THE HUBS HAVE SEALED BEARINGS TO KEEP OUT WATER AND ROAD GRIME , AND THEY ARE BUILT STRONG WITH A PROPER MACHINEED BREAKING SURFACE.
REALLY PLEASE WITH MINE OVER THE PREVIOUS WHEELS FROM MICHE, FORMULA AND SPINERGY THAT I USED.
