Sweetner (sucralose): no effekt on bloodsugar
I think these are not suitable for diabetics.
These are the ingredients : citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, sweeteners (sorbitol, sucralose), malic acid, tri sodium citrate, potassium citrate, magnesium carbonate, natural flavouring, natural colour, MALTODEXTRIN, calcium carbonate, caffeine, vitamin C, green tea extract..
Hope it helps you !
They say each tab goes in 500ml water, but I put them in a slightly bigger water bottle - 750ish I think - and they're fine.
there is 20 tabs per tube, one tab for 500ml water.
High5 Energy Source Xtreme (also available on this website) claims to have caffeine but no sweeteners,
I.e.: if you don't take in any calories, your body burns fat instead.
These tabs do not increase fat loss.
I then put things together in my own mind and decided that as I've already been told I should be taking more calcium and now I've been told to take more salt and fluids. And as I've Ben exercising at least 5-6 times a week for the last 20 years and tend to sweat buckets whilst exercising, I must be depleting my electrolytes.
So for the last 3 months I've been taking daily, 2 sports bottles with 1 tab of zero extreme. My chest pains have stopped but I have often wondered if this product is safe to take on a daily basis.
Especially after reading that Succralose may have a connection to developing leukemia and other cancers when taken over long term basis.
Please would you kindly advice.
If you I hope to become slim, I chose Garcinia Lean Xtreme with a full glass of water on daily basis.
That said, I do not take the caffeine ones in the afternoon as I do not need the pick me up.
Depending on your caffeine tolerance and chest issues I would suggest you go for the non-caffeine if using on a regular basis.
caveat - I'm no doctor or medical professional
ZERO Xtreme contains Caffeine, ZERO has all the same electrolyte benefits, just minus the Caffeine.
The link between Sucralose and leukaemia is yet to be widely proved and accepted as a credible scientific theory.
So in summary, if you use ZERO tablets as opposed to ZERO Xtreme, then you can safely drink a higher daily amount.
Hope this helps
I am racing in hot conditions for 6+ hours
I want to maximise my sodium intake to ward off cramps as much as possible, would having two tabs per bottle be ok to double up?
Or is this not a god idea?
