In days of old, socks were socks. Now they're technical items built from space-age fabrics with cool and cooling features all over them. Hilly socks, designed by marathon legend Ron Hill, target the MonoSkin Supreme at people that want the best.
The toes, heel and ankle all get flat seams to reduce rubbing and the whole sock is comprised of three types of fibre to ensure comfort and sweat dissipation. Also, thanks to a 'Freshguard' ingredient, there's less chance of nasty odours. The heel even has Y-shaped construction for an improved fit and reduced sock slippage, which can be a major cause of discomfort and blisters.
When on they fit perfectly, even if you've got broad feet. It may seem a lot of money for a pair of socks but you get what you pay for and in this case, it's superbly designed socks with padding where it's needed and perfectly attuned yarn technology.
In conclusion...
Excellent fit with symmetrical shape for left and right feet.
