I don't see why not. The only contact between the bars and the bar end is the rubber part. Should be fine as long as it fits into the bar.

hi I just received these and they are much smaller than I expected. Are they really meant to be used as bar ends to allow wrist rotation (what I need them for) or are they just end plugs?
I've not put them on to try - maybe they will work as bar ends, but they seem too small to "grip onto". I can't find any pics of them in use.

Answer:
They are indeed intended as end plugs. They way they work is when you tighten then allen key (you will need to tighten it a fair amount) it causes the rubber backing part to expand therefore securing them snugly into you handle bars.

I imagine that they will fit most bars. As you tighten the screw it expands the central rubber piece to lock into the bars. I have standard road bars and they were too small out of the bag but a few turns and they fitted nicely. Once in, a few more turns and they are locked in place.

Answer:
The supplied black rubber plug is about 14mm diameter. This will expand within the bar as you tighten the hex key and will then remain in place. You can always buy various sized rubber plugs at hardware stores and do a MacGyver.

I bought another brand of alloy bar end which only just squeezed into the bar with a lot of force and which was supposed to support 16mm to 20mm bars. I'm guessing my bars are 16mm internal diameter and I want to know what the rubber insert diameters are?
