Magazine reviews for Hope QR Seat Post Clamp
Review from What MTB
Hope's trademarked ball-ended cam lever design is both stylish and 'flesh friendly' and the cam also runs on a brass washer for smothness. The profile lacks a noticable 'overlock' though, so security is based mostly on tension. Tightening torque is limited by the alloy finger nut at the end, but you can at least adjust it without tools until it doesn't slip. It comes in all the sizes you need, as well as a rainbow of silver, black, red, blue, and gold anodised colours...the price is good for the pose value.
Loads of colours and tool-free adjustment, but not the most positive.
Rating: Peformance 8/10 | Value 9/10

Hope machines a wide range of sizes and colours so you'll have no trouble finding one to suit your needs.
The quick-release cam provides plenty of pressure so you won't have any problems with sinking seatposts.

Hope that was useful
Due to this I would suggest that a replacement clamp size would be 31.8mm
However in this instance I would recommend taking your bicycle to your local bicycle shop who will be able to advise on the correct size replacement.
you just turn the clamp up the other way, or face the bolt end to the front, or the back
I have a 2011 FIve Pro with a 30.9 diam. The 2011 Alpine uses the same diam. and takes the 34.9 diam. clamp (outside of seat tube). I called Orange to get this info, if you are unsure of seat tube diam. best to call Orange customer service and tell them your year bike and they will give you the size, call them on 01422 311113
A ruler will do the job, but won't be so accurate!
