While Hudz 'Original' compound remains the most popular and versatile version of Enhancement Brake Hoods, SoftGrip has been a game-changer for certain riders.

SoftGrip brake hoods have better shock damping ability than any other competing product. The softer material also maintains its suppleness better in bad weather than any other. SoftGrip material provides 100% more grip than the Original rubber, and is less effected by wet and cold weather. SoftGrip hoods were designed for cyclocross and other riding where grip and comfort are worth sacrificing a bit of durability.
COMPATIBILITY: For use with 10-speed Shimano Dura Ace systems in the 7800 series including 7800, 7801 and 7803 STI levers. Not compatible with 8 or 9 speed Shimano STi levers.

About Gear Levers & Shifters
Make sure the gear levers you choose are the correct ones for your rear cassette - either 8/9 or 10 speed. Also check that the integrated brake levers (if fitted) are cable or hydraulic to suit your brake calipers. Most SRAM shifters are only compatible with their own derailleurs.
