Shoc-Zone Zero Differential
Perfect for dedicated runners who want to experience a pure, minimalist shoe. The difference in height between the heel and forefoot, created by the cushioning is known as differential.Imagine standing with your bare feet on the ground. In this natural position the feet are level and there is no difference between the height of the heel and forefoot. When running barefoot (or naturally) the foot will instinctively land on the forefoot rather than the heel. This forefoot landing causes less impact than heel striking as it uses the natural cushioning of the foot and leg. The body's centre of gravity moves forward, cadence increases and there is no loss in momentum.
Anatomic Fit
Based on the shape of the foot, this is the most natural Inov-8 fit. More room in the toe box allows the toes to spread.
Fusion sole
The Fusion sole consists of Lite rubber and EVA foam specially blended into a unique compound before being injection molding. Suitable for road and hard pack terrain.
About Racing Running Shoes
Racing shoes are ultra-lightweight, built on a curved last and stripped of the majority of cushioning and stability features found on most training shoes. Generally, the lighter the shoe, the more minimalist the design. You should choose these if you’re a fast, elite runner concerned predominantly with weight. Unless you’re very light, these aren’t for you if you run a marathon outside 2:45, or 1:30 for a half.
