well, i think i was a bit seduced into buying these what with all the articles about bare-foot running... in reality these rubber foot covers are fine on the flat and are definitely more suitable for runners who tend to run on their toes. if you're a heal-first runner then i'd avoid them. however, the rubber makes your feet sweaty and so if you choose to run up a hill for example, you'll feel your foot slip back and in some cases, your toes will come out of the individual toe sections, so once back on the flat, you'll have to stop and winkle your toes back in. no tragedy, but if you're looking for the best..... they also wear a bit quick and aren't suitable for trail running. 20 August 2012

Excellent product I've suffered from shin-splints in recent years and was recommended to try these shoes for running. They are comfortable and good quality. The one slight issue is that, when sweat build a bit, the shoe can slide slightly around my foot. My feet seem to be sized right in the middle of the medium sizing bracket, so it isn't a perfectly snug fit, but the shoes serve the desired purpose. 05 August 2012

Strange but nice These do feel (and look) a bit strange when on as they are basically just a silicone wrap. The fit works for me although it takes some effort to get the smaller toes into place and my big toe is a little longer than the fit. Comfortable to run in though and although feet sweat I don't get slippage. I'm really looking forward to trying these in the water for general summer wading/boating activities! 22 May 2012
